Replies come from a person, by email. Please don't send recipes or customer details unless you choose to.

Copy support details

If something isn't working, these details help someone reproduce the problem. They contain only the app version and your browser information — never recipes, prices, quotes, or customer names. Preview them first, then copy.

Before you write

Totals hidden? The results panel lists exactly which fields need fixing — usually a missing package price, a unit mismatch (grams vs. ml), or an empty cost field.
Lost data? Data lives in one browser on one device. Check you're using the same browser and profile, then restore your latest JSON backup from Data.
Saving paused? You probably have CrumbCost open in two tabs. Reload the tab you want to keep using.

For site owners: configuring contact details

Set a public support address with the CONTACT_EMAIL environment variable at build time (or contactEmail in src/config/site.ts), then rebuild and redeploy. Only use an inbox you control and monitor. There is no contact form, because CrumbCost has no server to receive one.
